TWO GREAT HOLIDAY BARK CANDIES



Halloween is coming and that means one thing ...  lots and lots of candy. These Halloween candy barks will tempt you to eat it all by yourself!!!  !  But if yiy “gift” some of it, you’ll make some new friends with this treat.  Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party or just wanting to surprise your coworkers, this chocolate and peanut butter bark is a festive way to say Happy Halloween!

HALLOWEEN BARK
1 package white chocolate chips
1 package milk chocolate or semisweet chips
1 snack size bag pretzels
2 cups Reeses Pieces
chocolate sprinkles
orange sprinkles
candy corn

Melt the milk chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.

Spread the chocolate out onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Spread the chocolate fairly thin. It will be easier to break up when it chills. Cover with crushed pretzels and put in the fridge to chill.

Melt the white chocolate over spread over the pretzel layer.

Cover the chocolate with Reeses, orange sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, and candy corn.

Chill the bark until it sets up. Break into pieces.





Halloween Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bark

1/2 lb. semi sweet chocolate chips
4 Reeses peanut butter cups (individuals), cut into wedges
5 Butterfinger minis, cut into irregular pieces
6 Heath toffee bar minis, cut into irregular pieces
1/4 cup Reeses pieces
pretzels pieces
2 oz. white chocolate
Melt chocolate chips over low heat just until melted.  Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.  Once chocolate chips melt, pour the chocolate onto the wax paper.  Use a spoon to evenly spread the chocolate into a large rectangle.

Sprinkle peanut butter cups, Butterfinger pieces and Heath toffee pieces over chocolate, being sure each piece touches the melted chocolate.

Melt white chocolate over low heat.  Then using a spoon drizzle white chocolate over candy bark.

Top bark with pretzel pieces and Reeses pieces, being sure each pieces touches the melted chocolate.

Chill bark for 30 minutes.  Then break bark into irregular pieces to serve.

  1. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TEDDY BEAR GRAPHICS!!!! They are the cutest that I have ever seen and I would love to have Halloween cards with them on it! The bark candy sounds absolutely delicious---ESPECIALLY the chocolate & peanut butter one!! I could eat the photo!! THANK YOU!!!
